Payment Options                                              

We have 2 systems of ordering depending on the order value placed:

1. For orders under $AU300, the full order value including Shipping and Insurance costs must be paid before the commencement of manufacture.
2. For orders over $AU300, a ClanTime Customer Order Form must be completed and a 30% deposit of the order value must be paid before the commencement of manufacture. The remainder of the order including Shipping and Insurance costs is to be paid COD for Australian customers or before shipment for International customers.

We Accept Major Credit Cards When Using PayPal

 

There are slight differences in payment options depending on whether you are an Australian or International customer.

Australian Customers

There are 4 options available (click on the link for further information):

1. Credit Card - You can use your credit card to pay via the PayPal facility.
2. Direct Deposit - Transfer funds directly from your bank account.
3. PayPal Transfer - Transfer funds from your PayPal account.
4. Cheque or Money Order

International Customers

There are 4 options available (click on the link for further information):

1. Credit Card - You can use your credit card to pay via the PayPal facility.
2. Telegraphic Transfer - Transfer funds directly from your bank account.
3. Western Union Transfer - Transfer funds using Visa, MasterCard or Cash.
4. PayPal Transfer - Transfer funds from your PayPal account.

As we have customers literally all over the world, we are utilising the merchant services of PayPal, which gives both the buyer and the seller more confidence in exchanging funds.

When you pay with PayPal, your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Your financial information stays safe. Plus, you’re protected 100% against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

When you purchase goods online with PayPal, your transactions are covered by the PayPal Buyer Complaint Policy.

PayPal is a leader in security technology. They use state-of-the-art technology to help prevent fraud, and their expert staff monitors transactions 24/7, enabling you to pay safely.

You do not need to be a registered member of PayPal to pay via credit card. Simply select the PayPal button on the payment page where you will be redirected to PayPal's secure servers and you can use your credit card to make payment.

Note: Each country accepts a different range of the major credit cards.

Alternatively, if you are registered with PayPal, you can transfer funds from your PayPal account. If you are not registered with PayPal click the 'Sign Up' link. Registration is entirely free for buyers and allows you to shop with other PayPal vendors online.

If you prefer not to use a credit card to purchase your Saltire Ring, an alternative is to transfer funds directly from your bank account.

Customers in Australia can perform a Direct Deposit, while International customers can perform a Telegraphic Transfer. Fees may be associated using these methods and we recommend you check with your bank first. 

For orders over $AU500, our bank account details are listed on the ClanTime Customer Order Form.

For orders below $AU500, if you wish to pay by Direct Deposit or Telegraphic Transfer, please email us at info@clantime.com and we can forward our bank details to you.

As this option is more economical for us, ClanTime will pay for all Postage, Handling and Insurance costs for any order placed via direct deposit or telegraphic transfer.

This option is for International customers only.

This option is fast, reliable, secure and convenient. You are able to ensure only a specificed person will receive the transferred funds and can also track the transaction to find out if the money has been picked up.

There are 2 options to send money when using Western Union:

Online:

You can transfer funds by using a Visa or MasterCard. Please note that transaction fees will apply.

At a Location:

Many Western Union agencies operate out of Post Offices, Newsagents and other outlets around the world. By visiting a location, you are able to pay by cash, Visa or MasterCard. Please note that transaction fees will apply.

The Cheque or Money Order options are only available to Australian customers. Simply post your order to us along with your cheque or Money Order. We accept Cheques and Money Orders in Australian Dollars only. Please make all Cheques and Money Orders payable to Clantime.

Please note there will be a slight delay if paying by cheque as the cheque will take time to clear.
